Cobblemon Journeys End is a modded Cobblemon SMP built around exploration, questing and trainer progression. The team offers 500+ handmade quests, custom structures and gyms, GTS trading, public hunts and a relaxed community vibe. The project is maintained by Elyygee and collaborators.

No special external launcher required beyond the modpack provided on the project pages; consult the official site or Discord for the modpack and installation notes.

How to join

The server is available at j-end.us:25565 and supports versions 1.21.1.

Quick guide (Java + Bedrock)

Open Minecraft.
Go to Multiplayer / Servers.
Choose Add Server or Add External Server.
In the Address field, enter: j-end.us.
In the Port field, enter: 25565.
Save the server and join.

Tips

If the server does not appear, refresh the list.
If you get a version error, select the correct 1.21.1 in your launcher.
A stable internet connection is recommended for smooth play.
