PolarMC is a community‑focused SMP survival server that supports Java and Bedrock crossplay. The project offers custom features, cosmetic crates and purchasable ranks via an official store, plus support through the community Discord. No special mods are required to play. Use the official community pages to find the current connection address and join instructions.

How to join

The server is available at play.polarmc.xyz:25565 and supports versions 1.21.4.

Quick guide (Java + Bedrock)

Open Minecraft.
Go to Multiplayer / Servers.
Choose Add Server or Add External Server.
In the Address field, enter: play.polarmc.xyz.
In the Port field, enter: 25565.
Save the server and join.

Tips

If the server does not appear, refresh the list.
If you get a version error, select the correct 1.21.4 in your launcher.
A stable internet connection is recommended for smooth play.
