SMP stands for Survival Multiplayer — a persistent, player-run survival world where you gather resources, craft tools, build bases and farms, explore biomes, and face mobs and environmental hazards. Gameplay emphasizes long-term progression and social play: servers may be vanilla or use plugins for land-claim, economies, homes/teleport and moderation; expect trading, community builds, player-run shops, occasional PvP or events, and cooperative or competitive interactions that reward creativity, planning, and persistence rather than short rounds.
