🔌 About WorldGuard Extra Flags

WorldGuard Extra Flags is a Bukkit/Spigot extension for WorldGuard that provides additional region flags you can set with WorldGuard's region flag commands. It does not replace WorldGuard — it registers extra flags that alter player behavior, chat, movement, effects and other region-specific mechanics.

The plugin's purpose is to extend WorldGuard's region system so server administrators can apply more granular rules and actions to regions without writing custom scripts. Flags cover things like teleport behavior, command execution, movement modifiers, temporary effects, and respawn location handling.

⚙️ Installation

📥 Setup

• Download the official plugin JAR and place it in your server's plugins/ folder.
• Restart the server and check the server console to confirm the plugin and its flags registered correctly.
• Set flags using WorldGuard's region flag command (for example, using rg flag <region> <flag> <value>).

📦 Dependencies

• WorldGuard (required). Ensure you use a WorldGuard version compatible with the plugin build.

🧠 Technical Notes

• Flags are registered with WorldGuard and are used via WorldGuard's existing region commands.
• Administrators bypass most flags by default to allow region management; this bypass behavior can be changed with WorldGuard's bypass settings.
• The plugin maintains multiple flag types (booleans, numeric values, lists, commands, potion/effect definitions) consistent with WorldGuard's flag system.
