The server is available at coinil.mcpe.network:22643 and supports versions 1.21.11.

Quick guide (Java + Bedrock)

Open Minecraft.
Go to Multiplayer / Servers.
Choose Add Server or Add External Server.
In the Address field, enter: coinil.mcpe.network.
In the Port field, enter: 22643.
Save the server and join.
