The server is available at mps.craftedsurvival.net:19132 and supports versions 26.50.

Quick guide (Java + Bedrock)

Open Minecraft.
Go to Multiplayer / Servers.
Choose Add Server or Add External Server.
In the Address field, enter: mps.craftedsurvival.net
In the Port field, enter: 19132
Save the server and join.
