The server is available at play.fathomnetwork.net:25565 and supports versions 26.10.

Quick guide (Java + Bedrock)

Open Minecraft.
Go to Multiplayer / Servers.
Choose Add Server or Add External Server.
In the Address field, enter: play.fathomnetwork.net.
In the Port field, enter: 25565.
Save the server and join.
