Nerd.nu is a long‑running, volunteer‑run Minecraft community that hosts PvE, Creative and Snapshot (chaos/test) servers. The project started in 2009 and emphasizes semi‑vanilla gameplay, community builds and regular in‑server events.

How to join

The server is available at lobby.nerd.nu:25565 and supports versions 1.7.2, 26.1.

Quick guide (Java + Bedrock)

Open Minecraft.
Go to Multiplayer / Servers.
Choose Add Server or Add External Server.
In the Address field, enter: lobby.nerd.nu.
In the Port field, enter: 25565.
Save the server and join.

Tips

If the server does not appear, refresh the list.
If you get a version error, select the correct 1.7.2, 26.1 in your launcher.
A stable internet connection is recommended for smooth play.
