🏰 About PokeBedrock
PokeBedrock is a Pokémon-themed server for Minecraft Bedrock Edition that runs a custom addon to bring Pokémon mechanics into a survival world. The project focuses on catching, training, and battling Pokémon while supporting Bedrock platforms (Windows 10/11, consoles, and mobile). The community is organized around an official website, a Discord, and downloadable addon resources.
🎮 Gameplay
Players join a persistent survival environment where Pokémon appear in the world, can be caught and trained, and participate in battles. The server provides a structured Pokémon experience inside Bedrock: starter selection on first join, a battle system, and player-to-player trading. Progression is through catching, leveling, and battling Pokémon rather than purely through vanilla Minecraft advancement.
⚔️ Game Modes
🪓 Survival
The primary mode is survival with Pokémon layered on top — explore, capture, and build while training your team. The addon aims to replicate Pokémon-style systems (battles, trainers, Poké-style items) inside Bedrock.
✨ Features
- Custom Bedrock addon delivering Pokémon mechanics (behaviour/resource packs are provided by the project).
- Catching, training, and a built-in battle system.
- Player trading and the ability to create and battle custom trainers.
- Official Discord and support channels for help, downloads, and community events.
- Shop/donation options and an official downloads area for required packs.
💰 Economy and Progression
The server emphasizes Pokémon progression: catching, leveling, and battling. Player-to-player trading is supported. The site also offers a shop/donation page; details about any in-game economy or purchasable items should be checked on the official store or Discord.
🛡️ Community and Rules
The project maintains an active Discord and a helpdesk/support system for reporting issues and getting assistance. Staff-driven support and a public downloads area are part of the official channels. Specific server rules and moderation policies are provided through those official pages and the Discord.
🧭 Who Should Play Here
- Players who enjoy Pokémon-style gameplay inside Minecraft Bedrock.
- Console and mobile Bedrock players who want a persistent Pokémon survival experience.
- Trainers who like collecting, trading, and battling rather than purely competitive PvP.
- Players who prefer a community-backed server with official downloads and Discord support.
🔌 Connection Notes
PokeBedrock is built for Bedrock Edition clients. The server uses behaviour/resource packs (available from the project's downloads) to enable Pokémon mechanics — joining may require installing or enabling those official packs or following the server's connection instructions found on their site/Discord. The project recommends joining the official Discord for download help and troubleshooting.
🤙 Friend Tip
Before joining, check the official downloads and hop into the Discord—staff and guides there can help you install the correct add-on packs and answer platform-specific questions.
