TorchCraft is a long‑running Dutch community Minecraft server (active since 2012) focused on friendly play, stable worlds and events. The server offers several gamemodes so you can jump into relaxed Survival, tense Hardcore runs, island SkyBlock or Creative build sessions. Staff are active and there's an official Discord and in‑game support for linking accounts.

🪓 Hardcore
A vanilla‑style hardcore experience with an extra twist: players get limited lives (the gamemode is built around survival tension — lose your lives and you go spectator). Great when you want high‑stakes gameplay.
🪚 Survival
Classic survival with land claims, player shops and protection against griefing. Build, trade and join community projects — no map wipes on main worlds.
🏝️ SkyBlock
Start on a small island and grow it into a base; team islands, shops and McMMO perks are available for added depth.
🎨 Creative
Fast, low‑friction creative worlds for building and collaboration — handy warps and dynmap support make it easy to coordinate.
🎪 Events
Regular community events, seasonal activities and occasional theatre/performance nights run by the staff and community.

TorchCraft features an in‑game economy with player shops, tokens, auctions and rank‑based perks (VIP/Godlike/etc.). The official shop supports cosmetic bundles and rank purchases; many progression features are listed on the help pages.

How to join
The server is available at server.torchcraft.nl:25565 and supports versions 1.7.2, 1.21.11.
Quick guide (Java + Bedrock)
- Open Minecraft.
- Go to Multiplayer / Servers.
- Choose Add Server or Add External Server.
- In the Address field, enter: server.torchcraft.nl.
- In the Port field, enter: 25565.
- Save the server and join.
Tips
- If the server does not appear, refresh the list.
- If you get a version error, select the correct 1.7.2, 1.21.11 in your launcher.
- A stable internet connection is recommended for smooth play.
