🏰 About TorchCraft

TorchCraft is a long-running, Dutch-language Minecraft community that has been active since 2012. The server focuses on friendly, community-oriented multiplayer: steady progression on Survival, creative build spaces, seasonal events and occasional theatre-style performances run by community members. It aims to be accessible to new players while still offering content for veterans.

🎮 Gameplay

Players will find a mix of relaxed and event-driven play. The Survival environment is persistent (the team states there are no map resets for Survival), while other modes offer different goals — SkyBlock for island progression, Creative for building, and a Hardcore experience for a more challenging, vanilla-style run. Staff support and a community Discord are central: account linking between Discord and the Minecraft server is supported so ranks and roles sync between platforms.

🪓 Survival

A persistent, community Survival world with no planned map resets. Emphasis is on building, exploration and a stable world where long-term projects remain intact.

🪨 SkyBlock

SkyBlock islands with progression mechanics; some SkyBlock features include plugin-based boosts (the server references mcMMO boosts available to certain supporters).

🎨 Creative

A protected creative area where players can build freely and showcase projects.

💀 Hardcore

A vanilla-style hardcore mode for players wanting a higher-risk survival challenge.

🎪 Events

Regular community events are held, including in-game contests and occasional theatre productions organized by community groups.
